No person shall park or stand a vehicle with a rated chassis capacity in excess of
one (1) ton or a commercial vehicle on any right-of-way along any street or on any
street, except when expeditiously loading, unloading, delivering or making a service
call at a residence, or unless otherwise permitted by this Code.
