Chapter 26.5. OUTDOOR LIGHT CONTROLS

§ 26.5-2. Conformance with applicable codes; conflict.

(a)

All outdoor artificial illuminating devices shall be installed in conformance with the provisions of this chapter and any building code now in effect or which may hereafter be enacted.

(b)

If any provision of this chapter conflicts with any other section of this Code or any other ordinance of the city, the provisions of this chapter shall govern.
