§ 26-4. Sale of goods on streets and near schools prohibited.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale any goods, wares or merchandise, either for immediate delivery or for future delivery, on or upon any street, avenue, thoroughfare, alley or public place within the city.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer to sell any goods, wares or merchandise, either for immediate or future use or consumption, on any public street, alley or public way of the city within five hundred (500) feet of any public or private school.
