§ 26-21. False, misleading, etc., reports to police.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person wilfully to make to the police department any false, fraudulent, misleading or unfounded report or statement, to furnish in such report any false or fictitious address or any address other than a true address or intended address, or wilfully to misrepresent any fact for the purpose of interfering with the orderly operation of the police department or with the intention of misleading any police officer.
