§ 26-56. Penalty.

(a)

A person convicted of a violation of any provision of this division shall be guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor. This offense is designated an incorrigible offense for minors under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court.

(b)

Each violation of the provisions of section 26-53(a), (b), (c) or (d) shall constitute a separate offense.
