§ 27-38. Enforcement by park rangers.

Any rules and regulations adopted by the city council pursuant to this article and any other ordinances adopted by the city council which are applicable in or to city parks shall be enforced by city police officers and park rangers, both of whom shall have authority to issue citations or to file civil code infraction complaints for violations of such rules, regulations and ordinances.
