§ 27-41. Obstructing city officials.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person using a city park to knowingly:
(a)

Furnish any false information to any park ranger or other city official performing any official duty in a park; or

(b)

Obstruct or interfere with any park ranger or city official in the performance of such person's official duties in a park.
