§ 27-121. Penalty for violation of article.

(a)

The violation of any provision of this article shall be deemed a misdemeanor. Each day a violation is allowed to exist shall be a separate offense.

(b)

The violation of any provision of this article may be treated as a civil code infraction pursuant to Glendale City Code, chapter 13, article II, provided that the provisions contained in section 13-22(b) shall not apply to any enforcement action under this article.
