§ 28-2. Design guidelines for site development and infrastructure construction.

(a)

It is deemed in the best interest of the City of Glendale and the citizens thereof that the City of Glendale Design Guidelines for Site Development and Infrastructure Construction, 1990 Edition, are hereby adopted by reference as if set forth at length herein. Three (3) copies of said guidelines are now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Glendale.

(b)

Substantive changes to the City of Glendale Design Guidelines for Site Development and Infrastructure Construction, 1990 Edition, or any amendments to the fees set forth therein shall be in the amount established by resolution of the city council or pursuant to Glendale City Code Section 2-3.
