§ 28-23. Meetings.

Four (4) members of the city planning and zoning commission shall constitute a quorum. The city planning and zoning commission may make and alter rules and regulations for its government and procedure consistent with the laws of the state and with the City Charter and Ordinances, and shall meet at least once a month, at such time and place as may be fixed by the commission.
