§ 28-127. Applicability.

(a)

Except as otherwise provided herein, from and after July 31, 2014, this article shall apply to all new development within any service area.

(b)

The provisions of this article shall apply to all of the territory within the corporate limits of the city and/or within the city's water and wastewater service areas.

(c)

The city manager or his/her designee is authorized to make determinations regarding the application, administration and enforcement of the provisions of this article.
