§ 29.2-32. Sanitary facilities; solid waste; transportation.

(a)

Sanitary facilities and solid waste collection services shall be provided by applicants, promoters or sponsors of large special events to supplement the available facilities.

(b)

The applicant, promoter or sponsor shall be responsible for adequate solid waste collection areas and transportation of such for appropriate disposal.
