§ 2-33. Duty to file financial disclosure statement by candidate for local public office.

Latest version.

A candidate for local public office, as specified in section 2-31, shall file a financial disclosure statement covering the preceding (12) twelve-month period and containing the information described in section 2-32 on a form prescribed by the City Clerk at the time of filing nomination papers.
