§ 2-173. Offers.

The materials manager shall receive all offers to purchase surplus or obsolete city personal property; provided, however, that the materials manager shall have the right to reject any and all offers. Items for which no offers are received may be deemed to be of no intrinsic or monetary value and may be disposed of in any manner deemed appropriate by the materials manager.
