§ 2-213. Termination.

The city council may determine that it will no longer maintain self-insurance, and will otherwise manage its risk of liability, at which time the risk management trust fund shall be dissolved after payment of outstanding claims. Any trust funds remaining in the risk management trust fund at such dissolution shall become part of the city's general fund unless otherwise required by law.
