§ 2-215. Established; size.

(a)

A trust fund to be known as the "workers' compensation trust fund" shall be established and used for the purpose of providing the city with funds used to pay the city's workers' compensation loss and workers' compensation expenses, taxes, administrative tax and special fund tax as required by the Industrial Commission of Arizona;

(b)

All monies received by the city for the purpose of funding the workers compensation trust fund shall be deposited into the trust fund. The monies placed in the workers compensation trust fund shall be derived from departmental contributions, refunds, interest, investment income and amounts recovered for the benefit of the trust fund.
