§ 2-221. Termination.

The city may determine that it will no longer maintain self-insurance, at which time the worker's compensation trust fund shall be dissolved after payment of outstanding claims. Any trust funds remaining in the worker's compensation trust fund upon dissolution shall become part of the city's general fund unless otherwise required by law.
