The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
Rental revenues:
Funds transferred to the vehicle replacement program from city department budgets,
in the annual city budget process, for the use of vehicles, assigned to the vehicle
replacement program by the city departments.
Surplus sale revenues:
Revenue derived from the sale at auction or by other means of city vehicles which
are not otherwise included in an enterprise fund replacement program.
