§ 2-225. Procedure.

Commencing on the effective date of this section, all rental and auction revenues received by, or transferred to, the vehicle replacement program shall be deposited within the vehicle replacement fund. The reserve accounts within the vehicle replacement fund shall maintain all such revenues, including interest earnings thereon, for such purposes as stated in section 2-218.
