§ 30-109. Location of materials on sidewalk.

During the progress of building operations, at least four (4) feet of the sidewalk pavement shall be at all times kept clear for the free and unobstructed use of pedestrians. If the sidewalk is to be occupied, a temporary plankwalk not less than four (4) feet in width surrounded by sturdy railings or guards shall be constructed pursuant to the Uniform Building Code around the outside of said construction.
