Chapter 32.5. UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING REGULATIONS

§ 32.5-2. Purpose and intent.

(a)

The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the undergrounding of new and selected existing utilities to improve the visual character of the community in accordance with the City of Glendale General Plan.

(b)

The undergrounding requirements of this chapter shall not be applied in a manner inconsistent with any franchise or license agreement between the city and any utility company.
