§ 32.5-4. Permits for new or relocated overhead or underground utility lines or utility poles.

New or relocated overhead or underground utility lines or poles within off-site areas of development shall not be installed unless a utility permit is granted by the city. New or relocated overhead or underground utility lines or poles within on-site areas of development shall not be installed unless a building permit is granted by the city.
