§ 33-29. Interruption of service—Generally.

  • Water and/or sewer service may be shut off from the City's main at any time due to emergencies or for the purpose of making repairs, extensions or any other necessary work. Notice will be given where reasonably possible. The City shall not be liable for any damages that may occur as a result of water and/or sewer service being interrupted for any purpose. Users who have any machinery, material, process or plant that requires a constant supply of domestic water or sewer service shall install at their premise such water storage facilities as may be necessary to prevent any damage that could occur if the City's water service supply may, for any reason, be interrupted or discontinued.
