§ 33-32. Tampering with fire hydrants.

It is unlawful for any person to destroy, impair, damage, disable or tamper with any fire hydrant. A violation of this Section shall be a Class 1 misdemeanor. Violators shall be liable for all costs of repairs necessitated by their actions and may subject the person to other civil penalties consistent with this Article.
