§ 33-52. Effluent user fees.

(a)

Users of effluent produced by the City's wastewater treatment plants, including persons who store such effluent for subsequent use, shall pay to the City, an effluent use fee at the rate established by a resolution of the City Council or agreement, as may be applicable. The effluent use fee shall be paid within 30 days of the receipt of any statement or billing.

(b)

All payments of effluent user fees received under this Section shall be separately accounted for in the utility revenue fund. The effluent user fee will be used only for transmission, production, storage of water supplied by the City and debt service.
