§ 33-142. Approval and general standards.

No public sewer extensions shall be made until the plans and specifications are approved by the City. Public sewer extensions shall be constructed in accordance with standards and specifications as set forth in the Uniform Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction as sponsored and distributed by the Maricopa Association of Governments. Such document is on file with the City.
