§ 33-243. Annual publication of list of violators.

The City shall annually publish in the local newspaper a list of the users that were not in compliance with pretreatment requirements or standards at least once during the twelve (12) previous months. The notification shall also summarize any enforcement actions taken against the users during the same twelve (12) months.
