§ 33-266. Cost differential factor.

(a)

The cost differential factor for participation in oversizing costs shall be determined by the City. The City shall review and revise, as necessary, the cost differential factor; however, in no event shall such review be less than once a year.

(b)

The cost differential factor shall be on a per lineal foot basis.
