§ 33-269. Agreement; approval.

An agreement by the City to participate in oversizing costs shall be in writing on a form to be provided by the City, and approved by the City Council. This agreement shall contain a provision requiring the developer to dedicate the oversized water and/or sewer line to the City after completion of installation and approval by the City.
