§ 33-275. Agreement in writing; authority to execute.

(a)

An extension reimbursement agreement shall be in writing, signed by the developer or his authorized representative, on a form provided by the City. The provisions of the written agreement shall comply with this Article and shall contain the entire agreement between the City and the Developer.

(b)

The City Manager or his/her designee is authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City, after obtaining the review of the City Attorney and approval of the City Council, if necessary according to the Charter and Code.
