§ 33-276. Reimbursable extension cost.

  • (a)

    The extension costs for which a developer may seek an extension reimbursement agreement are the actual construction costs, less any oversizing line cost share paid by the City and the five (5) percent administrative fee provided for in Section 33-284. The Developer may not be reimbursed amount, not to exceed eight (8) percent of the construction cost, for engineering costs.

    (b)

    The Developer is not entitled to reimbursement for the costs of installing water and sewer lines within the boundary of the development.
