§ 33-283. Expiration of agreement.

  • The term of the extension reimbursement agreement shall be for a period of five (5) years from the execution date of the agreement. At the expiration of the agreement, the City shall pay to the Developer all amounts which have been collected by the City on behalf of the Developer and not previously dispersed to the Developer. The Developer shall have no right to reimbursement for any connection to the extension line after the expiration date of the agreement.
