§ 33-286. Assignability of agreement.

The agreement shall set forth the name of the person to whom payment of the reimbursement amount shall be made. The Developer may assign to one party only, with the consent of the City, the right to receive payments under the extension reimbursement agreement. No other assignment of any portion of the extension reimbursement agreement may be made by the Developer or his/her assignee.
