§ 33-303. Post-construction.

Property owners or operators shall ensure proper operation and maintenance of post- construction storm water runoff control mechanisms, including but not limited to, retention basins, drywells, scuppers, and other measures implemented or installed at the site to control or direct storm water runoff. Changes or alterations to storm water mechanisms or storm water management agreements shall not be permitted without formal review and written approval by the City.
