§ 4-4. Hours of sale: on-sale and off-sale retailers.

No on-sale or off-sale retail licensee or an employee of such licensee shall sell, provide, deliver or give spirituous liquor to a person between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any day and between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Sundays.
