§ 5-10. Shooting galleries.

No person operating a shooting gallery shall have on the premises any rifle, pistol, or other firearm of a higher caliber than .22. The shooting range shall be constructed so as to provide adequate protection from ricocheting, penetration or any escape of bullets, pellets or projectiles from within the shooting range.
