§ 7-3. Compliance with administrative regulations.

The airport manager may adopt such additional rules and regulations as he or she deems necessary to implement and enforce the provisions contained in the "Rules and Regulations" and "Minimum Operating Standards"; provided, that such administrative rules and regulations are consistent with the "Rules and Regulations" and "Minimum Operating Standards" approved by the city council. All such administrative rules and regulations are subject to the approval of the city manager. All persons using the Glendale Municipal Airport shall comply with all administrative rules and regulations so adopted.
