§ 10-35. Inspection of records.

A licensee shall maintain its pertinent licensee records at the licensee's principal office in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The city shall have the right to inspect at any time during normal business hours all books, records, maps, plans, income records, service complaint logs, performance test results and other like materials of a licensee which relate to the licensee's obligations under its license. All records and any additional information which may be required by the city shall be furnished by a licensee to the city upon request and at the licensee's own cost. Access to such records shall not be denied by a licensee on the basis that such records contain proprietary information.
