§ 10-69. Relocation costs in general.

Subject to section 10-70, the city shall not bear any cost of relocation of existing facilities, regardless of the function served, where any facilities occupying the streets and public ways must be relocated and the conflict between a licensee's potential facilities and existing facilities can only be resolved expeditiously, as determined by the city, by the movement of the existing facilities.
