§ 10-70. Private utility easements; relocation costs.

  • If a licensee's cable system is located in a private easement or right-of-way prior to the dedication of such private property to the city as a street or public way, and if the city requires the licensee to relocate its facilities after such dedication of the street or public way, the city shall bear the entire cost of such relocation. The licensee's prior rights in such circumstances shall not be affected by any subsequent relocation required by the city.
