§ 10-74. Locating expenses.

A licensee shall reimburse the city for all costs of locating the licensee's cable system in the streets and public ways for design and construction purposes and for all cost of pavement damage related to such locating of facilities. Reimbursements for such locating expenses and pavement damage are in addition to and separate from any license fees due under section 10-32.
