§ 10-102. Theft of service.

It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to make any unauthorized connection, whether physically, electrically, acoustically, inductively or otherwise, to any part of a licensed cable system within the city for the purpose of enabling any person to receive any video, audio, digital or other signals or information without payment to a licensee. Each day's violation of this section shall be considered a separate offense.
