§ 15-2. Redistricting; time requirements.

The mayor and council shall redistrict the city following the general city election in 1992 and may redistrict the city every five (5) years thereafter, if the mayor and council determine that the districts are not of reasonably equal population. The mayor and council shall redistrict the city at least once every ten (10) years based on the United States Decennial Census.
