§ 18.5-14. Compliance.

All grading shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, but shall not be construed to prevent the enforcement of other laws which prescribe more restrictive limitation, nor shall the provisions of this chapter be presumed to waive any limitations imposed by other statutes or ordinances.
