§ 18-68. Enclosures.

All enclosures shall conform to City specifications and shall be subject to approval by the Administrator. Enclosures shall not be constructed, stationed, or maintained upon any public right-of-way. City collection service may be suspended, a citation issued, and the provisions of section 18-9(c) may be initiated, if the enclosure area is not maintained in such a manner as to prevent the uncontained accumulation of refuse.
