§ 18-69. Accessibility of bins.

If a bin is inaccessible to a collection vehicle, the owner, operator or occupant of the business establishment shall move the bin to an accessible and approved location so that it can be accessed by the collection vehicle. Bins shall be placed at the approved location no later than 6:00 a.m. of the day of the collection.
