§ 18-126. Transfer station.

The city or a third party commercial solid waste service provider with a permit issued pursuant to this chapter may, in conjunction with its solid waste service operations, transfer refuse or recyclable material from collection to disposal vehicles through the use of a transfer station. Transfer of refuse by private persons shall be permitted. A transfer station shall not be established unless approved by the city.
