§ 18-164. Appeal process.

Any person whom the administrator has been determined has violated the requirements of the recycling program may file a written request to appeal such determination. The request for an appeal must be filed with the administrator within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of notice from the city of such determination. The appeal shall contain the name and address of the person, and a brief statement as to why such determination should be reversed. The decision of the administrator is subject to the appeal process per section 18-6.
