§ 21.2-33. Non-transferability of licenses.

(a)

No operator's license shall be transferred between persons or locations. No person shall operate an adult business at any place other than the licensed premises specified in the operator's license.

(b)

No adult business license for a manager, adult cabaret performer, escort, nude model, semi-nude business performer or topless bar performer shall be transferred between persons.
