§ 21.3-3. Inspection.

An inspection of the property to document existing conditions of public improvements and verify the contents of the plan submitted shall be performed by the city prior to issuance of a permit. Applications should be filed at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled use to allow sufficient time for such inspection.
